icons for file-roller

It would be better to have tangerine icons for file-roller toolbar.

They are:
- package-add
- package-extract
- file-view

The problem is this icons aren't themeable.
They are included as C source code.

Until these icons are themeable, some tango icons could be included in file-roller package.

I think these should be filed against file-roller intead as it is part of Gnome, and Gnome is going tango-style for gnome-icon-theme anyway.

The only way to include the icons is in file-roller package.

If the specific icons are not covered by the icon-naming-spec, they should be installed by file-roller into hicolor, as icon-themes following the icon-naming-spec will not include those icons, however icon themes can override the icons in hicolor by providing their own icons for those actions.

if you are trying to say that file-roller should use icons for the icon theme that would be a different issue but a bug right

file-roller has tango icons since 2.18, I assume this can be closed now.
