Here are were things go wrong:
Adding system user `postfix' (UID 116) ...
Adding new user `postfix' (UID 116) with group `postfix' ...
useradd: cannot lock /etc/passwd; try again later.
adduser: `/usr/sbin/useradd -d /var/spool/postfix -g postfix -s /bin/false -u 116 postfix' returned error code 1. Exiting.
dpkg: error processing postfix (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Looks very much like the issue which is being tracked in bug #432964. Feel free to add any additional information to that report. I'll be marking this report as a duplicate.
