i righclicked on the dvd+r icon on the desktop, chose "open with disc burner", drag and droped files to the window and hit "burn disc". crash!

Thanks for the report, could you update to brasero 2.28.1 and try to reproduce the bug again with that version? this is probably fixed with bug 437708
