Bug Description
I have run into a bug on a Dell Mini 9, both trying to install jaunty and karmic, ubiquity crashed at 82% without popping up a crash report dialog.
I have tested this process on other hardware, where it works well, so it only seems to affect the mini 9.
Steps to reproduce:
-Create a jaunty or karmic desktop live cd
-Boot mini 9 from usb key
-Open ubiquity and install onto another (blank) usb key
Result:
-Ubiquity crashes at ~70 without bringing up an apport dialog
-USB key with (half-done) installation does not boot
Expecting:
-Ubiquity should not crash
-USB key should be bootable
Once again, let me warn you that this only happens on this mini 9. I'm not quite sure why.

Confirming, because I saw it fail, but please provide the output of apport-collect... :)
