Bug Description

Network manager popups are garbled on my thinkpad x31 with a ATI Mobility Radeon 7000 graphics card

please see the screen shot - this was created by starting my vpn connection

This also effects right click menus in open office - see screen shot two

I fixed this by adding the following to xorg.conf;

Section "Device"
 Identifier "Configured Video Device"
Option "AccelMethod" "EXA"
EndSection

This should probably be set as adefualt on install if possible
