Bug Description
The following captions could be removed without any problem:
- Timeline
- Video preview
In both cases, : it is clear to everyone what the elements are. Also, there are no other tabs possible, so distinguish by using a caption in not needed

Helen adds a caveat:
Timeline caption is actually "Timeline Sequence 1"
This can be further developed when sub-projects are implemented, to give Sequence 2 .... etc for each sub-project or alternative edit version.
Video Preview caption could be usefully developed to show if it is the raw clip being previewed, or the timeline which is being previewed.
