agree and purchase button not working ...can't get my free account

ubuntu one website ....I am on vista setting this up so it will be ready when I get home and the button doesn't respond when I hit "agree and purchase".

The issue might stem from being on a work computer, however I can't tell you
what has been locked to prevent this fuctionality.
