Bug Description

Binary package hint: mozilla-devscripts

we need this for the extension review we are doing for karmic: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Karmic/ExtensionReview

Changes mostly touch the xpi.mk which is doing the extension build magic. Bugs are unlikely to be fatal and we already have extensions built with that version in debian.
