Bug Description
I feel like somebody coming to ubuntu for the first time might get confused at the difference between an administrative password, and a keyring password, especially because the dialogs are pretty much identical.
Furthermore, prompting the user to enter a "Default Keyring Password" is one of the very first things that occurs for most people who are using wireless and connect to a secured network. I think at some point in this process the user should be made aware of what the keyring is.

maybe rename it to a 'Password Vault' 'Password Manager'
Something that says... but wait! why not auto-set the current user password for this?
In the installation there can be a checkbox with the 'Use a separate password for keyring manager' (All gekky spelled) So, special users (like me) who want to use separate passwords will be happy.
And non-geeky users will not have this annoying dialog.
