1.- Close lid
2.- Suspend (just suppossing.. green led on laptop front blinking)
3.- Open lid...black screen...touch keys...black screen...short push power off button... black screen+some disk activity...stop disk activity... finally push off button until lapton fully powered off.
4.- Switch on laptop
5.- Crash report dialog
