Bug Description
Binary package hint: epiphany-extensions
Kudos to epiphany-2.27 being the only linux webkit browser with some form of autoscroll, but it's still incomplete.
When autoscroll is enabled, it prevents other middle click functions to cease functioning, notably opening links in a new tab. The autoscroll should disable and middleclick resuem default behavior when applied to links and pastable fields.

Is there a setting to disable autoscroll that I'm not finding? I see it in the extensions dialog but it shows as not being enabled.
