Bug Description
Not strictly a bug, but a bad (and potentially confusing) feature. Empty address for mysqldump SST should be treated as unset address for user convenience.

Since empty address variable can have a different meaning in different SST schemes, don't convert it to "auto", but make a local workaround for mysqldump SST.
