Sorry, not sure what you mean. Are you saying you can't set expo to Ctrl-Alt-Up/Left/Right but you can set it to Ctrl-Alt-Down or are you saying Ctrl-Alt-Up/Left/Right don't change viewports when in expo mode?

Also, looking at your settings, you already have actions setup for Ctrl-Alt-Up/Down/Left/Right so you'd have to disable those (in the wall or rotate plugins, depending on which one you use) in order to use these keys in expo.
