Users should be able to mark languages with priorities

Users are able to list several languages they can be contacted in, but I think it should be possible to markt languages by priority. For exalpe, German is my mother tongue, I speak English fluently, and know quite a bit of French and Spanish.

But in my profile, English and French are listed first, as the languages are sorted alphabetically.

A German user who is able to speak French might conclude that he'd rather contact me in French (not very likely, but possible ;)).
