Bug Description
Binary package hint: usplash-
Using the default video settings for KVM, I do not see the "Please remove the CD from the tray and press enter" message that casper prints when the desktop CD is shut down or rebooted. This issue seems to be specific to the new theme as the text is displayed on the Kubuntu daily-live CDs. Using the same Ubuntu image (daily-live 20090929.2) on my actual hardware, the text is displayed without issue.

I'm seeing the same breakage on Ubuntu images in KVM; I haven't checked the other combinations. Pressing Enter reboots in short order, so it clearly isn't just a hang before the message would be printed or something.
