Bug Description

Binary package hint: gcc-4.3

please demote the gcc-4.3 in karmic, there are no dependencies or build dependencies left. The remaining references are in build-depends of

 - blas: gcc-4.3 [alpha]
 - linux-ports: gcc-4.3-hppa64 [hppa]

Hi,

If you make the necessary changes in the archive/seeds then it will show
up on component-mismatches as a candidate for demotion.

Overriding to universe now will just have it show up as a candidate for promotion
again.

Oops, no changes to blas were needed here; gcc-4.3 just needed to be forcibly demoted, because gcc-4.3 packages had Provides: that were picked up by germinate and kept it from being shown on component-mismatches. It's been demoted now and everything looks good.
