My playlists mostly have long names since they're mostly based on the artist and album title. This means there is only one column of playlists since the list is presented as a list of large icons with text captions, like in a nautilus window. In other words, the list is not really a list because it can only show one playlist at a time. It should be possible to have just a list of filenames (especially since the list should presumably only include files that are playlists, so the icon is pretty uninformative anyway).
I know I can just import an album from the genre browser since bug #102595 was fixed, so I don't really need all those playlists any more. But it still stands for others who have lots of playlists with long names.
