Banshee putting gaps on audio output

In every song that I have if I try to listen to it in banshe it inserts random silence gaps, as if it is havin a buffer underflow. But in rhythmbox it doesnt do that. I wanted to try to play then on other mono player but muine is freezing.

I can confirm this. Every now an then, it skips, especially when system load is higher, but also when there is not really much going on system-load-wise.

It has got a lot better recently, but it is still there.
