It looks for /settings/profilepic.png instead of /Sykes/profilepic.png, in my case. I assume this would happen on any other page that's not /Sykes/. I messed with the code, and tried to change /profilepic.png at line 129 and 133 to

../self.request_user/profilepic.png

I thought this would back up from /settings/, and look in /Sykes/ like it should, but the image still appeared broken, despite being an identical address to the working image when I right click and "Copy Image Location", which was

127.0.0.1/Sykes/profilepic.png

But, as stated, it was still broken.
