tutorials: ctrl+tab needs clarification

multiple files open (including tutorial)
ctr+tab does not cycle through inkscape files

From the Tutorial:

Inkscape opens a separate document window for each document. You can navigate among them using your window manager (e.g. by Alt+Tab), or you can use the Inkscape shortcut, Ctrl+Tab, which will cycle through all open document windows. (Create a new document now and switch between it and this document for practice.)

Alt+Tab works.

It works on Linux... I'm curious if Vista is hijacking it for something.

On OS X (0.47pre) it depends how the document windows were opened:
a) from within Inkscape (same instance): ctrl+TAB works
b) with file manager (separate inkscape processes): Crtl+TAB can't work, only the window manager shortcuts do

Good detective work ~suv! Same here... and it makes sense since it is like a Tab-switching feature.
