Bug Description

Binary package hint: usb-creator

I'm using the 9.04 Desktop CD and I tried with 2 USB-sticks to create a bootable media, but in both cases the same problem. when the installation reaches 76% the Programm ends with an error and say I have to have a look at the ~/.usb-creator.log.
There is the same error in both cases:
[19:29:10] ['rm', '-rf', u'/tmp/tmpT8wClU/wubi.exe']
[19:29:10] ['rm', '-rf', u'/tmp/tmpT8wClU/.disk']
[19:29:10] ['rm', '/tmp/tmpT8wClU/casper-rw']
rm: Entfernen von „/tmp/tmpT8wClU/casper-rw“ nicht möglich: No such file or directory
[19:29:10] ['/usr/share/usb-creator/install.py', '-s', u'/cdrom/.', '-t', '/tmp/tmpT8wClU', '-p', '157285321']
Tried to symlink . -> /tmp/tmpT8wClU/ubuntu

There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test the current Ubuntu version (10.04). If you can test it, and it is still an issue, we would appreciate if you could upload updated logs by running apport-collect 437814, and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
