Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
Pidgin's new messages are always showing on top of any other window. After following several suggestions on #compiz nothing worked. This is what I've tried:
1. Reset compiz settings to default.
2. Made sure Placed Windows plugin is enabled. I even toggled it on/off.
3. I disabled compiz completely and then the new window was no longer showing on top. I enabled compiz again and the window started to show on top again.
