kpackagekit doesn't prompt for superuser password on update

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kpackagekit

kpackagekit version: 0.4.2-0ubuntu2

After last nights updates kpackagekit will run as a normal user but if you hit the refresh button you get an error message that says "You do not have the necessary privileges to perform this action."

What I expected to happen was for kpackagekit to prompt me for the superuser password.

kpackagekit runs as expected if you start it with kdesudo but I shouldn't have to do that.
