Bug Description

Binary package hint: vlc

When I start vlc appear this errors:
$ vlc
VLC media player 1.0.2 Goldeneye
[0x9cf8400] main interface error: no interface module matched "globalhotkeys,none"
[0x9cf8400] main interface error: no suitable interface module
[0x9c3d140] main libvlc error: interface "globalhotkeys,none" initialization failed

This occurs because the Ubuntu VLC package does not include the globalhotkeys plugin (probably because VLC is built without libxcb-keysyms-dev).
