Distribution series source package page has no links to distribution source package page

Hi,

Similar to bug 255023, there is no way to go from ubuntu/karmic/+source/<package>
to ubuntu/+source/<package>, which means that as soon as I am in the distroseries
context I am stuck there, even though the majority of the information I typically want
is in the distribution context.

e.g.

  https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/hotssh

I've just noticed that I can change contexts with the "Releases in Ubuntu" links, but
that's not obvious, given that I have tried many times to do this without URL hacking.

After talking with James Westby, I will add a link called "All source packages in Ubuntu for $sourcepackagename" link to these pages:
  1. https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/hotssh/ next to the "View changelog" link.
  2. https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic/+source/hotssh/0.2.6-1 at the bottom of the top portlet.

After talking with Julian Edwards, the link will be named "All versions of $sourcepackagename source in Ubuntu", and it will appear in the top-right corner of the portlet.
