After waking up from suspend, I saw the error state.

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One is not working properly for you. The good news is that we're working on a fix for this issue. In the mean time, can you both let me know if this problem happens all the time or just some of the time when you start up Ubuntu One? Thank you for your patience and help!

Hello Joshua,
thanks for your help and your work.
I just tried it again. Now it worked without a problem. After wakeup my
asus 901 reconnected to lan, ubuntu-one says connecting and then it
disappears because its connected and shows only up when its doing something.
