Screen Saver starts while I am playing games in full screen mode

Bug Description
My system run Ubuntu 9.04 :Amd64 3800+(dual core) nvidia 7800gtx 2GB ram 120GB HDD.
I set activation time for the screen saver to 1 minute and start play any game goes to full screen. Exact after 1 minute screen goes out of full screen to window mode I can't click with mouse in it or use Alt+F4 ALT+Tab etc. So i found as temporay solotion to deactivate screen saver at all. So the problem is that the screen saver thinks that the computer is idle, when running in full screen mode. (Games that i have notice this bug :urban terror, nexuiz, etc)
Please check it.

I note the same problem on my PC. The solution being to cut screen saver.
