Bug Description
When you are logged in to Launchpad's homepage at https:/
"""
You can test Launchpad's functionality in our sandbox environment. (What's this?)
If you're ready, you can:
* Read the user guide
* Create a new project
"""
Where "Read the user guide" is a link to the user guide.
This is a unexciting. Instead, the text should be phrased as:
"""
If you want to learn more about Launchpad you can [[read the user guide]] or muck around with Launchpad in our sandbox environment. (What's this?)
When you're ready, you can:
* Create a new project
"""
Key differences:
* When, not if
* Reading the user guide is _not_ something you do only if you are ready.
* "test Launchpad's functionality" is dry and a little pompous. It would be better to have something more direct. My alternative might be a little too cute though.
* Start the actions with creating a new project.

I'd suggest going with "play around" if you want to be informal about it. "Muck around" seems rather too colloquial to me.
Also, "sandbox environment" should be a link to the sandbox environment. Currently you can only get there (AFAICT) via the "what's this" popup. That's an unnecessary extra click for people who know what it is, but not where it is.
