Bug Description
If you have more than 20 rounds registered, computing your handicap in version 0.1.0 is using the 20 oldest rounds, not the 20 newest rounds.
There is no workaround other than updating to the latest code and running "Re-compute handicap" from the CLI for every golfer which had more than 20 rounds registered.
