Please sync testresources 0.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
I've merged all the Ubuntu changes etc within Debian. Theres no remaining
Ubuntu delta.

Changelog entries since current karmic version 0.2-0ubuntu2:

testresources (0.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Incorporate Ubuntu uploads and Debian NMU's.
  * Convert CDBS patch to merge from trunk.
