pycairo_1.8.8-1 from Debian Testing builds correctly in a Lucid pbuilder. The only remaining Ubuntu change is the Vcs field in debian/control being pointed at the desktop team's bzr branch. I'm not sure what the desktop team's policy is on this, but this should probably be turned into a sync request. I don't see the need to carry that delta...

The Vcs field is only required if we have Ubuntu specific changes. If there are no changes remaining then things should become a sync.
