Bug Description

Setting up python-vm-builder (0.11.1-0ubuntu1) ...
pycentral: pycentral pkginstall: Not overwriting local files:
   dpkg: /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/VMBuilder/plugins/ubuntu/karmic.py not found.
pycentral pkginstall: Not overwriting local files:

As the error message says: "Not overwriting local files:" Local files: You put it there. Not the package's fault. Marking invalid.
