I have a Medion E1210 also (rebranded MSI WIND). I received a similar message regarding the sound device returning from SUSPEND. Any info needed, be happy to provide,

I'm keeping to get some kind of kernel problems of this sort.. I suspect it might have some relations with this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/435352

Are there any MSI Wind users having these issues?

Hi Frank,

This bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? Can you try with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO CD images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/ .

If it remains an issue, could you run the following command from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal). It will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report.

apport-collect -p linux 434869

Also, if you could test the latest upstream kernel available that would be great. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Once you've tested the upstream kernel, please remove the 'needs-upstream-testing' tag. This can be done by clicking on the yellow pencil icon next to the tag located at the bottom of the bug description and deleting the 'needs-upstream-testing' text. Please let us know your results.

Thanks in advance.

I get the error warning every time I log on. I don't actually see any problem.

I just noticed this error for the first time today, been a few days since I updated, was about to do that, I stepped away from my laptop for a bit and our router was rebooted. When I returned I saw the warning. I will run the apport-collect command and then upgrade to the latest version... Hopefully it won't come around again...
