I would like to have https://wiki.ubuntu.com/libaugeas-rubyMIR in main since it is a run time dependency of puppet.

Needs to be resolved for release, either by including libaugeas* in main or by dropping this Recommends.

It appears that puppet has been uploaded now to drop the recommends; but there's no explanation of why this is the correct thing to do, as opposed to following through on this MIR...
