KNE Settings needs refining

Bug Description
Currently in KNE in the internet section of the apps there are 8 possible icons that look something similar. All of which can be mistaken by a new user or one unfamiliar with KDE for the internet browser.
It would therefore be much better if these sections could be better refined. This could be done either by have a secondary drop down section for those apps that are more like settings or by having a way to split out the main apps at the top and the settings lower down.

This isn't particularly doable with the current plasma-netbook. It should be something we can address with KDE 4.4.
