Binary package hint: aptdaemon

Crash occurs every time I attempt to run update-manager or run apt-get. Most often the crash occurs when clicking install updates or running apt-get upgrade.

While the crash icon appears, and crash information is available, functionality does not seem to be impacted. The upgrade appears to complete just fine.

424793 must be private. I receive a Forbidden message when trying to view it. Will the other bug be made public or can I be added as a subscriber to follow your suggestion of review?
