Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-screensaver
Installed from ubuntu-
Update from 8.04 to 9.04.
Selected update latest versions from the internet. Selected defaults when given a choice.
No problems encountered and no error messages.
Rebooted and logged in. Everything looked fine.
Popup notice asked whether to update to a new version of the Shutdown button applet.
Selected Update. Window did not disappear afterwards, so clicked on Update again.
Crash notice appeared indicating that Screensaver app had crashed.
Have no idea whether this had anything to do with updating the Shutdown button.
