Bug Description

Binary package hint: gdm

The new, simple gdmsetup window in karmic does not use translations. From previous experience with other Ubuntu-specific applications I can take a guess that it needs to have an explicit translation domain set in order to work. The desktop entry and tooltip work fine.

This was marked "Fixed Released" yesterday, but still seems to happen to me on a fully updated karmic system. This was marked "Fixed Released" yesterday, but still seems to happen to me on a fully updated French karmic system. Any idea when this will be pushed as an update?

the issue has been fixed but the french translators didn't pick up on strings to translate because they expect that to be done by GNOME, I will see if a note can be sent their way
