I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One is not working properly for you. The good news is that we're working on a fix for this issue. In the mean time, can you both let me know if this problem happens all the time or just some of the time when you start up Ubuntu One? Thank you for your patience and help!

Generally I have no problems with ubuntuone. The crash has only happened
once or twice - for no apparent reason. To my knowledge I was not doing
anything unusual when it happened the first time. The second time I was
installing karmic alpha 6 on virtualbox ose while ubuntuone was running.
It has not happened since.
