Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
Empathy currently does not support drag and drop of files.
Action:
Drag a file and drop it over an empathy's chat window
What happens:
Either nothing, or the path to the file is pasted, if you drop it on the text area field.
What should happen:
A file transfer should be initiated with the contact in which the file was dropped.
