Bug Description

Release: Ubuntu 9.04
Package:
Firefox 3.0.14+build2+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.9.04.1
Epiphany 2.26.1-0ubuntu1
flashplugin-nonfree 10.0.32.18ubuntu0.9.04.1

When visiting flash video sites, you expect a video to be played. Instead, the space where the video should be shows button controls and various messages, flashing and moving around. Some of the messages include "This is the video title" and "Your video will start in 0 seconds". Also, my system's CPU usage spikes and the computer will be lag until I can close the browser window.

It should be noted that this does not occur with all flash video websites, just most of them. For example, all videos on youtube work fine. It should also be noted that this problem doesn't occur on my Windows XP VM.

This problem occurs with both firefox and epiphany browsers. The problem first appeared when I upgraded from Ubuntu 8.10 to 9.04.

Please let me know if you need any more information. Any help would be appreciated.
