Binary package hint: util-linux

When installing version 2.16-1ubuntu3 (latest in karmic as of 2009-09-19) the following message is shown:

Setting up util-linux (2.16-1ubuntu3) ...
Ignoring install-info called from maintainer script
The package util-linux should be rebuild with new debhelper to get trigger support

Which version of debhelper does util-linux need? As far as I can see it build-depends on the latest version that's in the archive already, so was built with that

I can confirm that this warning also showed up for me. Maybe a debhelper bug?

confirming and merging with bug 449729. There seem to be a number of affected packages. I see this quite frequently.
