MISSING DEPENDANCIES!!!! Please FIX???

When trying to install ichthux-dextop on ubuntu 9.04amd64 i get the following message....
        ichthux-desktop:
 Depends: bibletime-i18n but it is not going to be installed
 Depends: knetworkconf but it is not installable
                                 THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM! ARE WE NOT ZEALOUS ENOUGH TO MAINTAIN A SIMPLE META PACKAGE?
 This error IS NOT A fluke i have reproduced it on Kubuntu 9.04amd64 and Kubuntu 9.04 i386.... Please correct these missing dependancies

Forgot to mention on Kubuntu there are different missing dependancies... I will post errors.

On kubuntu 9.04 and ubuntu 9.04 i386 if all available sources are listed as well as backports this meta-package works, however on Ubuntu-amd64 9.04 and Kubuntu-amd64 9.04 there is no way i could get it to work... Please update your dependancies for 64bit

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Could you please add the log files from '/var/log/dpkg.log' to this bug report as separate attachments? Thanks in advance.
