Main inclusion request for ebook-tools

Binary package hint: ebook-tools

ebook-tools is needed to compile kdegraphics, expecially okular, with support for ebooks in epub format. Upstream is advertising that okular is supporting epub ebooks, so this should be supported in Ubuntu, too. Seems that epub is popular, because we got many complains about this missing feature.

- pulls in convlit, needs MIR or recommends dropped to suggest, or (preferably?) ebook-utils binary stays in universe. What do you prefer?

I think it would be best to let ebook-utils binary stay in universe. We only need libepub0 and libepub-dev, so it is not necessary to have ebook-utils in main.
