Karmic no DVD, no automatic size with Jaunty VirtualBox host

Since the last update, virtualbox doesn't mount DVDs, nor ISO files (VBoxGuestAddit
Also Host + G has no effect.
I've tried to
Re-install virtualbox.
then
sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup in the host - no change
sudo /etc/init.d/vboxadd setup in the guest - no change
No Problems with
Windows XP guest
so I think i's a Karmic problem
After the very latest update of
apturl
apturl-common
Host+G (and the automatic resize function) is o.k. but still no DVD

As well, Ubuntu & virtualbox-ose have undergone numerous updates. Please update and repost detailed error report.
