Bug Description

Binary package hint: gjdoc

Latest debhelper doesn't allow dh_javadoc or any other tool to use --sourcedir without explicit declaration in the call to init().

This breaks the build of at least one package: libcsv-java

Debian has 0.7.9-4.1 which fixes only this and could be synced.

 gjdoc (0.7.9-4.1) unstable; urgency=low

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Apply patch from Rail Aliev <email address hidden> to add --sourcedir option back
     (Closes: #541321)
