The file /usr/share/doc/mantis/README.MultipleInstances points to a file
/usr/share/examples/site_dispatcher.php.sample which does not exist not there and not in /etc/mantis and not in /usr/share/doc/mantis/examples/site_dispatcher.php.sample where I would expect it first.
