Binary package hint: software-store

software-store 0.3.4, Ubuntu Karmic

1. Launch the Store.
2. Choose "Installed Software".

What you see: something like "87 items available"
What you should see: something like "87 applications installed"

'Whenever the main “Installed Software” screen is being displayed: ... * The status bar text should be of the form “204 applications installed”.' <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareStore#%E2%80%9CInstalled%20Software%E2%80%9D%20section>
