flash player no longer allows me to pause, or interact with player

Bug Description
I can reproduce this on any site so far including youtube.
This started a few days agao after firefox was updated and now flash doesnt allow me to adjust the video time or even hit pause. I dont know it it is ubuntu or not but i am running a triple boot between 9.04 and windows and i dont not have this problem on them.
I am having this problem on karmic.
