Bug Description

See the thread where I described in detail the problem:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1266881

In short the connection configured with /usr/bin/nm-connection-editor fails while the one made by manually editing stuff in /etc/ppp and stardet with "pppd call <peer name>" works.

I'm running ubuntu 9.0.4 desktop amd64 up-to-date on a Fujitsu ESPRIMO Mobile

Is it possible if you can check in latest version included in Ubuntu Karmic if this issue is still affecting you? Thanks in advance.
